Well I haven’t been updating the site for a while. And with good reason really. I have been very busy fixing sifrey torah - two siyyumim on the  horizon, one in Leeds and one in Bournemouth. Have also been working as the designer on the layout of the new Reform Movement Siddur.  A huge task that has involved an awful lot of work (and removing of metegs). It is has also involved the design of a set of ‘graphic devices’ to introduce the various parts of the service and the other sections. To do this I created a new modern blocky STaM font a bit angular.

Below are a couple of some of the copyrighted designs that are going to be appearing in the new siddur to give you an idea.  There will be more on the siddur in later diaries I expect.

I also used the font on some beautiful photos that I took in Canada recently adding biblical quotations to nature scenes, that I have turned into a calendar and individual art prints - available through lulu (see side bar) or click on the preview graphic below.
